We have an user that sometimes when sending mail he gets the next message errors:

This is from a mail client (Outlook 2013,Outlook 2010):

Have you tried to send email to another user from same user. 1st try that and let use know the result.

Yes, and sometimes he can send without an issue and other times not.

Delete the profile of user and recreate it. Is this happening with any specific user or it will happen randomly on all users outlook
