I'm installing an Edge server (Exchnage 2010) on Server 2008 R2 and getting the below error. The computer is not on the domain, .NET, ADAM, and IIS area llS are all installed and a DNS suffix is configured. Does it have to have network connectivity before it can run the above command?

Appears so, having it connected to the network fixed the problem.
