Error when creating a new database on Exchange 2013 Mailbox server

Hello. I seem to have a weird error when creating a new database on my Exchange 2013 Mailbox server. I have 2 mailbox servers in my site; on the first mailbox server (lets name it MBX2), I can create new databases and mount them. Also I already have several databases mounted on MBX2, and user mailboxes are available in any database. On the second mailbox server (named MBX1), I have 1 database which is mounted and mailboxes which are member of this database work just fine; but if I try to create a new database, I get this error:

error Couldn't connect to the cluster service on server 'MBX1.domain.com'. Error: An Active Manager operation failed. Error: An error occurred while attempting a cluster operation. Error: Cluster API '"IsInstalled(MBX1.domain.com) failed with 0x35. Error: The network path was not found"' failed.

I restarted the server many times and restarted all exchange servers, but to no avail.

So what might be going on? On MBX1 I already have a mounted database, and I can create mailboxes in it, but if a new database needs to be added, same error comes up.

Thank you for your replies!

Issue solved. Found out that Windows firewall got turned on automatically (no idea how), but once firewall was turned off, I was able to create new databases.
