Error when attempting to change alias
We're trying to change the alias on a user's mailbox but we're getting the following message "The Exchange server address list service failed to respond. This could be because of an address list or email address policy configuration error." We've never run into this before. We're currently running Exchange 2007 SP3. Has anyone come across this before?

Hi Richard5474, Please also post the error events ralated the issue in the Event Viewer. Please run the Exbpa in the Toolbox to do a system check. Thanks Frank, had to restart the SA service even though it was running. All good now.
