Hi, It looks like you trying to install Exchange 2013 RTM. I highly recommend that you start over with Exchange 2013 CU1. Can be downloaded here Uninstall the prerequisites you have installed (they doesn't look right to me) and start over with the once mentioned in the below TechNet Article. All those pre-requites are installed. And features are turned on. Only thing is I have not installed the CU1.

Download CU1 if you haven't done so already and start the setup.exe with elevated privileges (Run as Administrator).Martina Miskovic

Just to confirm...you did start the installation with setup.exe and elevated privileges (run as administrator)? Might not be such a bad idea to start with a fresh OS.Martina Miskovic

Ok, then start with a fresh OS and don't install anything that you don't need for Exchange 2013 as you have on the one you are trying to install on.Martina Miskovic

Hello, The error means your package is problem. Please follow the Martina's suggestion to do a freash OS. Before starting with a fresh OS, please make sure you have uninstalled pervious exchange 2013 cleanly. You can check this by ADSIEDIT.
