Hi,

Recently I was tasked with upgrading our existing production environment(Running Exch-2010- Version: 14.02.0247.005) to Exchange 2013 SP1. We only have 2 servers. The first running Client Access, Hub-Transport & Mailbox role and the second running just the Mailbox role. After some research, I was trying to upgrade Ex 2010 to SP3 before running Ex 2013 but unfortunately got stuck with an error that doesn't allow  upgrade of Ex 2010 to SP3.  Tried searching for similar errors over the net but couldn't find anything solid so im here desperately needing assistance from you. Error msg attached below;

Can you do a reboot and then run the setup from an elevated prompt? Did you also prepare the schema etc. and then start the upgrade?

Thanks for your response, I did prepare the AD if that's what you mean and results are below. But still no luck with the upgrade.
