Please see the below error from ROISCAN
Error: OpenDatabase failed to open .msp file C:\Windows\Installer\6221a33.msp
and let us know how to proceed
So, you need to resolve the DisplayName of that particular corrupted MSPfile.
It may be Office update, or some other software update.
Following similar logic described by Steve Massie, you can try this:
open regedit on the affected pc
navigate in regedit to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Patches
search from here (CTRL+F) for the string you have found from ROISCAN : 6221a33.msp
this will find for that subkey for this corrupt patch package
copy to your clipboard, the name of the found subkey (e.g.) 02812466AC3DA05498C8877D4E10806E
now search from here (CTRL+F) for that subkey (e.g.) 02812466AC3DA05498C8877D4E10806E
this will find the relevant Office/Windows update DisplayName (e.g.) Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB2768012) 32-Bit Edition
You can now attempt the repair/removal of that update.
(or as Steve Massie suggests, manually download that Office Update, unpack it, and use the internal file to replace your corrupt 6221a33.msp (note that the filename extracted will likely require to be renamed to be 6221a33.msp)
I have not tried this myself. There may be multiple affected files.
