We got this text when attempting to send through Outlook 2011. The total attachment size of the email was about 6MB, and our send limit is well over that. We are running Exchange 2011. Error ---- The message either exceeds the message size limitations or the recipient¹s mailbox is full. Details ---- Outlook cannot send this message. The message has been moved to your Drafts folder. Try reducing the size of the message by removing content or attachments, and then send the message again. If the problem persists, contact your mail server administrator. __ Any ideas why this is happening?

This is a known issue with Entourage 2008 EWS and Outlook 2011. They use the Microsoft Exchange Server Web services provider to send mail. To allow for larger attachments that you must change the MaxRequestLength in the web.config file. Now, I have so far only solved this issue with Exchange 2007, but I would believe the same applies to Exchange 2010.
