Hi Please check ldif.err in the temp folder(type %temp% from a command prompt to open temp folder) and then post the error here. Besides, base on my research, we may use below methods to solve the problem: 1. Try to add the Exchange server 2007 server name and IP address to the Hosts.txt(%SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\) file. 2. The issue can be happening when missing msExchBaseClass, we can check the schema container. a. We need to follow the steps in the article below to install the Schema snap-in Install the Active Directory Schema snap-in http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc755885.aspx b. In the Active directory schema snap-in, located the container object and selected the properties. c. In the relationship tab, please find the Auxiliary Classes and then check if tmsExchBaseClassis there. cn=group, cn=Schema, Cn=Configuration, dc=DC, dc=com, dc=aumsExchBaseClass;msExchCustomAttributes;msExchIMRRecipientcn=container, cn=Schema, Cn=Configuration, dc=DC, dc=com, dc=aumsExchBaseClasscn=orgnization-unit, cn=Schema, Cn=Configuration, dc=DC, dc=com, dc=aumsExchBaseClass d. If not, we need to add the msexchBaseClass there and then rerun the command /prepareAD Regards, Xiu

Thank you for the suggestions. I ended up opening a ticket with MS, and the results was obtaining a fresh download of the installation files. Something must have gotten corrupt when copying the files from Dev into Production.JPH
