Error moving E2010 mailbox from one datastore to another
I have a corrupted datastore that is mounted and have been successful in moving 5 of the 7 users to another datastore.
One user gets this error:

it appears that mailboxes is corrupted and you may need to try and use the isinteg tool to fix the problem. If that doesnt work there are 3rd party tools that can crack open an edb file without using Exchange and pull the data from it.Chris Morgan

If this is a 2010 database ISinteg is no longer relevant. You can try a
New-MailboxRepairRequest http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff625221.aspx but you are is using SP1 the New-MoveRequest
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124495.aspx will do the same thing.
That said Chris is correct about 3rd party utilities to export the data, check out Lucid8's DigiScope
http://www.lucid8.com/product/digiscope.asp since it can open any offline 2010, 2007, 2003 or 5.5. EDB so that you can Browse, Search, Export to PST, MSG & XML or Recover data directly to any
production exchange serverTroy Werelius

E2010, Rollup 2, SP1

I did try the New-MoveRequest command. The results for both were the same errors. I'll try the 3rd party tool. Thanks.

Hi,
As Chris said, the problem could be caused by the corrupted data in the mailbox. If you have a backup of the mailbox database, you can restore it to a recovery store
group then import the mailbox data.

The end result was exporting the mailbox to a PST. Deleting the current E2010 mailbox. Creating a new one on a different datastore and importing the PST.
Everything works well but there have been a few instances of people getting undeliverables to the 2 mailboxes that went through this procedure.
Some left over garbage to clean up? I did have the sender pull the name from the GAL instead of the local address book. Thought anyone?
