Error message trying to import data into business contact manager 2013

I have imported a bcm file into business contact manager and it works, however, when I try this procedure a second time withh further data, i no longer have the chance to even choose the path where the file is. -

I immediately receive the error message (its in German so i will translate)

"The attempted procedurecannot be carried out, object cannot be found", when I start the import /export process again, I then receive a new error message "the chosen file name is invalid. This is most probably that the file name is hierarchie sign of the imap-server" as I said I have translated the error message from German so it is not exact.

 Only when I delete my profile am I able to do an import, Any ideas or help  would be appreciated.
