Hi, I would like to confirm the following information. Whether you can resolve the FQDN of the Exchange Server from the client by using Ping command? Did this issue occur when accessing in OWA? Whether any error message comes up in Event log? Can you configure others user account in Outlook? Thanks Allen

I recently reinstalleda PC on my computer network with VistaandOutlool 2007 (I tried XP and Outlook 2003 as well) on got the same messages. I was able theimport the registry key below from a Windows XP machine that had my configuration already installed and its now working perfectly. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\OutlookI noticed that a number of subkeys were missing from the fresh installation.

Another solution maybe to ensure that the System Attendant service is on the Exchange server is running. This apparently was the problem as confirmed by my System Engineer who was on vacation at the time I encountered my problems.
