Hi everyone!

It's from far that I had a recurring issue when my users trying to access OWA services. (MSExchange 2013 CU6 on premise)

Looks like owa are not 100% compatible with web browsers and I cannot understand why.

The error reported by OWA:

Usually I got to skip that error:

- on Chrome: refreshing 2 or 3 times

- on IExplorer: adding the URL to trusted sites and enabling the compatibility mode.

Sometimes i got the error on line 2 or in line 82.

I can't understand why the OWA services are failing as they do.

And the problem grows when some user are trying to access that service outside the office.

All the health checks for OWA are "healthy"

I did a lot of research and i didn't find anything useful. 

Can someone based in their experience redirect me on the right way, or give me any advice.

I recommend you upgrade the exchange server to CU9, and check if there is the same issue.

I've seen this pop up a few times on the forums, but I don't think anyone has ever come up with a real solution.  some suggestions that work for a while and then the reissue reappears after some time.  Aside from making sure you excluded everything you were supposed to from AV (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/Bb332342%28v=EXCHG.150%29.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396) I think if you want a real solution (ie a code fix if necessary or some other solution) it might be best to open a case with MSFT Support and see what they have to say.

I will also say that alot of times developers find issues with a product and "sneak in a fix" that they don't advertise.  So it's always good to try to get to the latest codebase anyway. Not to mention CU6 is 3 CU's behind at this point, and you'll probably get roadblocked by support until you upgrade to either CU8 or CU9.
