Error is startup - cannot view C drive - check disk problem - relates back to KB2687455

The computer suggest restore point to remove this hotfix of 27 July 2013

Hi,

Did it occur after you install KB2687455?

If it was certified, please uninstall the Service Pack 2. It release a few time ago.

If it persists, Please try to use Startup Repair option to repair it:

  1. Insert the installation disc;
  2. Restart your computer;
  3. Click the Start button , click the arrow next to the Lock button , and then click Restart;
  4. Choose your language settings, and then click Next.
  5. Click Repair your computer.
  6. Select the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.
  7. On the System Recovery Options menu, click to open it.
