I've been having so many problems installing the following within windows update:
KB2986216
KB2975816
KB2965307
KB3039779
KB2881076
KB2975869
KB2986156
KB3039700
KB2986244
KB2975901
KB3039799
KB3039711

with error 80250054, and possibly others, and KB2881553 separately with error 6B2

I've tried various fixes with no success and am running out of ideas.

running windows update troubleshooter does squat and i dont think i have a system restore point from before as i've had this problem for quite some time.

sfc /scannow produces no errors aside from a cannon driver file missing or something which i've looked up and can safely ignore.

Windows version is 8.1 and Office has SP1 installed.

Based on your ROISCAN log, I didnt get any useful information about your update error. Did you get any error messages when fail to update KB? I suggest you upload the screenshot about the error messages.

And you need to recheck the log file about updating, please collect CBS log file which located in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS

You can analyze the log file by yourself, or you can upload it via OneDrive.
