Error installing Exchange 2010 on Virtual Disk
I have a Virtual Server, 2008 R2, Installed/Activated. I am trying to install Exchange Server 2010 SP1 on it. When I capture and run the file, I get a window that says an error has occurred in the script on this page Line 262 Char: 4 Unspecified Error Code: 0 URL: file:///c:/users/Administrator/AppData/Local/Temp/default.htm I have tried to YES and NO to continue. The Icons/and Links are not working. I have also tried to run Setup from a command prompt (As Administrator) . Not sure how to get this program to run now. Ideas?

Hi, Not sure what file you ran, but here's what I suggest you to do Download Exchange 2010 SP2 (It's a full install version and not just a Service Pack)Extract the filesStart CMD with elevated privilages (Run as Administrator)Run setup.com Before you do any of the above, make sure that you have SP1 for the OS installed and have followed the steps for the OS system prerequisites for Windows Server 2008 R2 in the below Technet Article. Hi Do you have anything update on your issue ? I had a problem with the original VM, the bootmgr failed, aso I created a new VM. For some reason the NIC will not identify the network, so cannot get it into the domain. As soon as I resolve that, I will get back to the suggestions mentioned. Thanks for following up!
