I m facing a issue in opening one excel attachment in outlook 2010. I am receiving many mail from same id with excel attachment but some are opening and some are not.

Based on your description, I have several questions about your issue.

1. Did you mean you can't double-click to open the Excel attachment?

2. Did this issue only occur with the same sender?

3. Did you get any error messages when you can't open the Excel attachement?

As common solutions of your issue, please try these methods first.

1. Adding the sender to Safe Recipients.

2. Open a blank Excel file- go to File- Options- Advanced- clear the "Ignore other applications that use Dynamic
Data Exchange (DDE)" option.<o:p></o:p>

And you can also check if it can be opened from the Web interface of the email account.
