Error in Outlook Web Access
I have a user who is receiving an error message using Outlook Web Access in Exchange 2007. She says it happens randomly (Since I'm not around her all the time, I can't discredit or verify this.) but this time it was when she was replying to an Email. A dialog box pops up stating that OWA has encountered an error. Hi, First please try to go to IE-Tools-internet options-advanced-disable script debugging (other) & disable script debugging (Internet Explorer),please ensure that you have tick these two items. Then please verify if you have install S/MIME plug-in from Add/Remove.It will be listed under Microsoft Outlook Web Access S/MIME (2007)".If yes, then please uninstall it. Also as a workaround, please try to add the TabProcGrowth key to 0. After adding this key you should only see 1 IE process in the task manager instead of 2+ processes. This will be like the behaviors of IE 6/7 that run only under a single process. HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main. Besides, please apply SP2 with rollup 1 for Exchange Server 2007.
