Error in Exchange 2013 Mailbox Setup (Mailbox role stage), with pre-installed (Currently not available) exchange 2010  on the same Domain

I'm Installing Exchange 2013 SP1 on the domain environment on which exchange 2010 was installed before but it isn't available now because it was installed evaluation and for test and it isn't avalable now.

in Exchange 2013 mail box role setup in mailbox service stage it gives me the error copied below:

I found these articles but doesn't apply to my case because I don't have access to exchange 2010 server (It has been deleted from VM):

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/5317.recreate-and-enable-missing-arbitration-user-accounts-and-mailboxes-in-exchange-server-2010.aspx

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/978776

how can I completely remove exchange 2010 from Active Directory?

What should I do to fix this error and install exchange 2013?

I found these Info inside ExchageSetup Log file:

[1] [ERROR] Database is mandatory on UserMailbox.
 [1] [ERROR-REFERENCE] Id=SystemAttendantDependent___04cc4ecfc25f40a6bf13fe2fb767ae60 Component=EXCHANGE14:\Current\Release\PIM Storage\Discovery
[1] Setup is stopping now because of one or more critical errors.

I could get around first error by doing instructions described by Dan B. Lee accessible here (Many Thanks to him):

http://danblee.com/exchange-2013-error-during-install-database-is-mandatory-on-usermailbox-property-name-database/

(You should combine it with this Instruction for New Exchange 2013 Setup (If you couldn't Completely Remove Previous Exchange Setup - Which it was my case) (Thanks to Sneff_Gabor):

https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/exchange/en-US/7ad33f2c-b34c-44d0-93bb-b71b2019f932/uninstallremove-exchange-2010-from-ad)

-----------

After Doing above I tried Installing Exchange 2013 on a new Server,

but at 97 percent Installing Mailbox Role: Mailbox Service got this error:

was run: "Couldn't resolve the user or group "Domain.com/Microsoft Exchange Security Groups/Discovery Management." If the user or group is a foreign forest principal, you must have either a two-way trust or an outgoing trust.".

Will try to find a solution for this one and will share here,

-----------

I got to fix the second error in a funny! way,

Went to Active Directory Users and Computers and searched for "Discovery" word

found two objects:

DiscoverySearchMailbox User

"Discovery Management" Group

I simply added DiscoverySearchMailbox to "Discovery Management"

and exchange 2013 setup finished succesfully.

------------

and now another Problem! (Microsoft Rocks!)

I get 404 error when opening https://MailboxServer/ecp

will try to find solution...

any Idea? I Will be grateful...
