Hello Albert, What authentication is set on EWS virtual directory on CAS server? Make sure that Anonymous is disabled and Integrated Windows Authentication is selected. IIS - EWS Properties - Directory Security - Authentication and access control - Make sure anonymous disable and Integrated Windows enabled.
