Error http://schemas.microsoft.com/mapi/ proptag/0x39FE001E

Hi,

Im Marcos from Portugal, this is my first post here.

So i have a problem, my company have a ERP and when this application tries to get the email address from Outlook 2007, gives an error like this: http://schemas.microsoft.com/mapi/proptag/0x39FE001E. The client has a exchange account, Exchange 2010.  But if we configure the client account by POP the ERP get the email address perflectly. The MAPI feature is enable in client, but not working... This is a problem of Exchange Server or Outlook 2007? I search in the internet, but not find nothing...

If someone could help me, I appreciate it.

Best regards

Marcos Roldo

I would think that you might want to ask this question to the ERP vendor.

Hi Marcos,

I am not familiar with ERP troubleshooting. As for Exchange side, please upgrade your Outlook client to the latest version to have a try. Since it works in POP connection with Exchange account, please confirm whether your application can be compatible with MAPI in Exchange 2010.

Additionally, I don't know how your application get the email address from Outlook 2007, code related? Please confirm whether other users can work with this application. If it is the Exchange issue, please collect more Exchange-related error logs for further analysis.
