While Sharing an excel sheet in Domain we face issue of Excel sheet getting Locked automatically when a particular user open that excel sheet.

It is effecting to that excel file and users who are using it

Based on your description, my understanding is that there was a particular user who opened the Excel file and locked this file. When other users opened this file they got the error messages about "the user is using this file".

Is my understanding correct? If yes, I suppose this issue might be caused by permission of this user. When the user opened the shared file, the document creates a temp file (~$ file is the temp file) in the same directory. The user didn't have permission of deleting or overwriting temp file in network, the permission of this user is only read. Thus the document gets a temporary lock file.

If you want to verify the reason of permission, you can check the temp file which is a hidden file and as the same name as your document, but prefixed with a ~$ symbols. Try to delete the temp file and check if it works for you.

And you also need to check the permission of this user to solve this issue thoroughly.
