Error downloading offline address book
Simon, I have just got it working by changing the Internal URL address. It appears to be a DNS issue so I added the .local to the end of the server and it started working. Martin Kozma, Kozma Technology

We have upgraded our exchange server from 2003 to 2007. We are having issues with downloading the Offline Address Book. The error message is: Task reported error (0x8004010F): The operation failed. An object cannot be found. I am trying to work through technet and community forums for adding A and CNAME records. I was hoping to get a some answers if I give exact domain environments. Many thanks. Martin Kozma, Kozma Technology

Hello, Are you using the new OAB on the Exchange 2007, are all the Mailbox Database associated to the new OAB? Check the Test Email configuration log by: a. While Outlook is running, click the CTRL key and then right-click the Outlook icon in the system tray and then select “Test Email Autoconfiguration”. b. Confirm that your email address is in the address field, uncheck “Use Guessmart” and “secure Guessmart authentication” boxes. Then click the “Test” button. c. Once it runs, check the Log tab and Results tab. Does autodiscover work properly and a valid OAB url is returned? Thanks, Simon
