::I am running Exchange 2007 SP1 x64 on Server 2003 SP2 x64:: My OWA was hosed after installing updates this past weekend. I dug around and found this KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/320202/en-us which was reported to have worked for several other people. I can get to step 3 on reinstalling the Client Access Server Role. It fails during setup under Copy Exchange Files with Error Code 1620. - It says "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that is is a valid Windows Installer Package." Has anyone seen this error before?
