Error caused by database size
Let me preface by saying I'm very green when dealing with Exchange... That being said - Exchange is shutting down every couple days due to the following error. Can someone give me detailed steps on how to correct? Company is very small - maybe 7-8 staff. Using SBS and Exchange 2003 =================== Error: Event Type: Error Event Source: MSExchangeIS Mailbox Store Event Category: General Event ID: 9690 Date: 4/19/2010 Time: 5:00:34 AM User: N/A Computer: SBSSERVER Description: Exchange store 'First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (SBSSERVER)': The logical size of this database (the logical size equals the physical size of the .edb file and the .stm file minus the logical free space in each) is 27 GB. This database size has exceeded the size limit of 25 GB. This database will be dismounted immediately. =============== thanks in advance
