I'm using Outlook 2003 and I've got a similar problem to the one reported on my system with error message 0x800ccc90. I've got 2 logins on my system, but my primary login is the one with the e-mail problem, while my secondary e-mail login (with a DIFFERENT name!) lacks the e-mail problem. I've done a lot of things to try & eliminate the problem where my primary login is located, including fixing the registry and compacting it, altering some Outlook parms, unloading/reloading Outlook, defragging the disk/unloading/reloading Office 2003, and reconfiguring my e-mail to the secondary login location (& thenback) - all to NO avail. Help!
