Error Message When Trying to Change Password Using OWA
We are having trouble when users from a remote location are trying to change password
using OWA (Outlook Web Access). Configuration is as follows:
1. User getting authenticated via Forefront Threat Management Gateway
2. Two Exchange 2007 Hub & CAS servers
3. Two back-end servers, one Exchange 2007 and another Exchange 2003 in our remote location.
When a user from the main location (Mailboxes residing on our Exchange 2007 Mailbox server) connects to OWA and tries to change his/her password this functions as expected.
When a user from remote location (Mailbox residing on our Exchange 2003 SP2 remote server) tries to do the same, he is receiving a pop-up window with the message
404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
Same happens when I try to connect from our Hub & CAS server to his mailbox using corresponding URL, but in this case the message is a little bit other: HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found.

Hello Martina, yes, we tried, but still facing the problem described above. It looks like that there is no approved solution in this case. Anyways I was not able to find any.
