Hi I get the error 80040E19 when I try to expand public folders in Exchange 2003 Server. Does anyone had to deal with this issue? I looked the page http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996098.aspx#Error80040e19but cannot find anything useful. Thanks in advance

the problem was coming from a paramter within IIS where in the advanced tab the host was not pointing to the correct server.

Much oblidged for the suggestions. I have been battling this issue for a number of months as I had wanted to create new public folders but had been unable to. Instead I assigned multiple email address to different people until I could look into this further. I used your second link suggestions and it all works fine. The problem was with the urlscan.ini file and by inserting AND removing .com into the file it all started working again! Thanks for helping me from going bald with stress.
