Error 25004. The product key you entered cannot be used on this machine. This is most likely due to previous office 2013 trials being installed

This is a new computer with NO office programs on it. After appearing to completely install, I get this error message and the installation rolls back. Then I get another message saying Microsoft Setup Bootstrapper has stopped working. I rebooted once, hoping for a clean system but no go - same results. Suggestions?

Wow, I beg to differ. Apparently I do have something called Office 15 - all dated today! Is this a trial preloaded on my new computer I didn't know about or something that loaded with the 2013??

Thanks for the advice. Once I found that I had some Office preloaded, I uninstalled it, then my Office 2013 installed perfectly! Did not realize I had a trial version with my new computer. Checked carefully for other surprises. :-)
