Error 25004. The product key you entered cannot be used on this machine. This is most likely due to previous office 2013 trails being installed

I've spent several hours researching this issue, I've clear the registry, I've used the tool fix it program and nothing works. This all started after my computer stop functioning properly and I did a refresh, I've been able to reinstall all the programs except office. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

May I know what version of Office has been installed on the machine before? What version are you trying to install now?

Please also let me know the Windows version so that I can know the scenario more clearly.

When you use Fix it tool to uninstall Office, make sure you have selected the correct Office and Windows version:
