I keep getting message 15.0 on Microsoft Word 2013. This started not long after I purchased and downloaded. I tried recovering the program all day. Any other suggestions? I believe this may be a issue with word.

Did you get the error message like this?

"Error 15: Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

If yes, there are some causes of Error 15

• Corrupt download or incomplete installation of Microsoft Word software.
• Corruption in Windows registry from a recent Microsoft Word-related software change (install or uninstall).
• Virus or malware infection that has corrupted Windows system files or Microsoft Word-related program files.
• Another program maliciously or mistakenly deleted Microsoft Word-related files.

Please try to repair Office 2015. Similar issue:
