Error 12002
Hi, I constantly receive the event id 12002 (Error 8004011B-820003A2 occured while processing message <> from 'somebody') in the event viewer. I've seen the troubleshooting steps on EventID, on Microsoft websites, etc... I know that the simplest way would be to actually delete the mailbox 'somebody'. But the problem is that mailbox doesn't exist anymore. I can't find it in any information store, not event as diconnected. What can i do? Thanks

Hello, I'm also getting this message. Have you received a resolution on this yet. If so, I'd love to hear it. If I find out before then I'll post it. Thanks

Hi, I solved the problem by installing the latest patches for Exchange, who lowers the critical level of this alert. After that go on the properties page of your server in System Manager, on Diagnostic Logging tab, change the Logging Level to None for the MSExchangeIS\System\Content Engine Category.

I'm gettinga similar error on Exchange 2003 SourceOP3SVC Category: Content Engine Event ID: 1023 "Error 0x7da occurred while rendering message 0001-00003c7feac1 for download for someuser@domain.com' . I went into system manager and contect engine category is already set to none, but I'm getting these errors. I've noticed they are all in the same group ( project managers) how have a blackberry, using the BIS to pop their email to their device, and getting alerts from hosted sharepoint site. Not sure if that has anything to do with the error .. that's what I've gathered. Does anyone know what is causing this error? The technet site gives very vague answers.
