Hello, We were having Exchange 2010 SP1 with roll-up 4, before I start the upgrade to SP2. All the roles of the server are installed on single box. We have not installed UM role. So while upgrading the SP2, I got the error 0x800706D9 for the UM role. Because of this the mailbox role and management tools failed. The other hub transport and client access role got upgraded. Now when I see the console I can see this server has upgraded to SP2. Kindly help me in rectify this issue and upgrade the server smoothly. I enabled the Firewall service and started this service. After that the upgrade completed successfully.
