This occurs when typing any cmdlts at the Exchange Management Shell.  Exchange 2013 running on 2012 server.  Exchange has been running fine for a month.  No issues, created 65 mailboxes and had iphones and androids connectted with no issues.  Now I can't access EAC or run any commands from the EMS.

WARNING: An unexpected error has occurred and a Watson dump is being generated: Filename: redirection.config
Error: Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions

In order to solve the problem that Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions. I recommend we do as follows:
Please check the Bindings settings for default web site to see if you have port 80 and port 443 binded on the site,the IP address is "All unassigned".
