Is auditing turned on? What have you got in the security log? Also anything more detailed in the setup log?

I check Default domain controller security settings -> Local Policies -> Audit Policy. My security log, dosent log much. I don't know why? Regards Kenneth Dalbjerg

Just for testing. I have changed the logon settings for Microsoft Exchange Transport service to administrators. And now the services will startup just fine. But i know that the service need to be running as network service, so I have changed it back. So it must be a problem with a security somewhere. Do you know what kind of security / permission Network Service must have to start this services?

Yes, on a Microsoft Windows 2003 R2 x64bit. I know that, that is not recommended. But i have done this on 3 other server, not in this domain or forest, but in a other.
