Error: STOREDRV.Deliver MapiExceptionNoAccess:16.18969
Hi all, I have a problem with an Exchange 2007 (with Update rollup 1-7) installation. The problem is that since the last few days some (external) senders have been complaining that their messages to recipients on our Exchange server are being bounced. I have verified that their messages pass through our linux mail gateway and are received by Exchange, which bounces them with a STOREDRV.Deliver MapiExceptionNoAccess:16.18969 error (see error below). This leads me to think there is a permission error in the AD somewhere, however the strange thing is that this happens only from specific senders/domains. The majority of mails are being delivered. Somebody else reported similar problems and said he solved it by following this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/313866 . I tried it and didnt work and it seems to solve a slightly different problem. I also used ADSI edit to check that all the permissions are being inherited/propagated on the CN=Information Store properties and up which seems to be fine. Again, the strange thing is that this is a problem only for some senders/domains. Most emails are being delivered fine (to recipients that are receiving mails from other external senders). Any ideas where to look? Thanks! Jonathan The message reached the recipient's e-mail system, but delivery was refused. Attempt to resend the message. If it still fails, contact your system administrator. <panaya.int #5.2.0 smtp;550 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Deliver: The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service reported an error.
