Every morning when they start outlook is comes with an error. Outlook won't start because the server is not available. When choosing 'Work Offline' it start and we see that 1 mailbox cannot be opened. When removing that mailbox an add it again it works for the rest of the day.

The users have an roaming profile. Tommorow we will create a new profile for 1 of the users to test.

Roles distribution: 1 Multirole
Physical / Virtualized Environment: Virtual, VMware
Production / Test Environment?: Production
OS Client: Windows 7 Outlook version: 2010 on two clients, 2013 on the third.
