Hi,

Did the Exchange Server Toolbox work earlier?

Could you open EMS?

Have you changed an administrator account to check the result? If not, I recommend you use a new administrator account to check the result.

If there is any update, please feel free to post here for further research.

Best regards,
Belinda

Hi,

Please make sure the Exchange 2013 prerequisites are met. For Exchange 2013 prerequisites, please refer to the two articles: Exchange 2013 Prerequisites and Installing Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 Prerequisites On Windows Server 2012.

Please make sure the Exchange 2013 server is installed successfully. Is there any error message in the setup log?

Best regards,
Belinda
