Error: 0x800408FC in Outlook 2010

I have a network connection problem
I have a domain 2003 and ISA 2006

I have emails on the server outside the company
And of course use Microsoft Outlook for E-mail

Was the amendment to the ISA Server

configuration --->general----->difine firewall client setting
from : application settings
selecation : outlook
key : disable
value :0

and I Create new protocol

protocol type :tcp
direction : outbound
port range from :587 to 587

and I create new rule and add pop3 , pop3s , smtp , smtps , With the addition of the protocol that was written

Therefore you add the following protocols run mail surf the without Internet Browse

but these in windows XP used OFFICE 2003 OR 2007

But when I use windows 7 and office 2010

This error appears

Task '***@*******.***  Error: 0x800408FC The server name you entered cannot be found on the network (it might be down temporarily). Verify that you are online and that the server name is correct.

What is the problem that led to the emergence of the error message

Hi,

According to a kb I've read, to solve this issue, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the Outlook addin Spam Substract.

Let me know the result, please.

Other suggestions based on my research:

Make sure the settings are set correctly.

Switch to another ISP, check if the Outlook can connect to it.

Turn off the ISA RPC filter, check if the Outlook will work.

If situation allow, connect the PC directly to the internet without the ISA, and try again, at least we can find out if this issue is related with Outlook.
