Hello, I'm running Exchange 2003 (6.5). I've set up journaling on the mail store, and this works with no problems. However, when I try to set up envelope journaling by enabling the heuristics using the Exchange Server Email Journaling Advanced Configuration (exejcfg .exe), the envelope information is not included in the message. Even when I check the heuristics value manually, it is set properly. Any ideas? Thanks!
