Hello, I work remotely for a company with Exchange Server 2007. I am running Office Mac 2008 on Apple's Tiger Operating System. I can access webmail, but am unable to receive mail from our Exchange Server into Entourage 2008. When I try to retrieve my mail I receive the following message:Mail could not be received at this timeThe server for the account "new account" returned the error "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password." Your user name/password settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?Also in my company we have one other person that is running a Mac with Entourage 2008 on our corporatte Exchange Server 2007 and is running fine. I have copied his settings and used my name instead of his name in the email address & account ID field and still can't get logged in.I have emailed and called the entourage support team. They can't help beyond basic issues and wanted me to talk with Pro Exchange Support....for a charge of $259 unless I have a partner ID# for MS Exchange Server support. Im having the same issue, called and they told me the same thing. The account is fine, I can log in fine in OWA. Any1 find a answer?

hello, we're having a very similar issue. we're able to get regular domain accounts to work in entourage 2008 with exchange 2007, however any account that is tied to a linked mailbox does not work. i cannot find any documentation anywhere pertaining to entourage 2008 and exchange 2007 linked mailboxes.any help is greatly appreciated, we're going on two weeks of head scratching.
