Enter product key

I have 3 workstations that were to have Publisher 2013 installed onto.  All 3 (Win 7) had Office Std 2013 installed (volume license).  Publisher was purchased (regular license) and I went to install the 1st.  That went well, though I ended up downloading the iso.

2nd install wouldn't ask for the product key.  Tried repairing the install (googled and it reportedly would ask for the key - didn't).  Ended up calling the telephone install line.  Got it working, though apparently it is using the 1st product key.  I told support but they were more concerned with getting me off the line.

3rd install

Went directly to the phone licensing.  Apparently that used the 1st license too.

I then get an email from the user on the 2nd PC.  It is working but Outlook is asking to be activated.  The repair must have wiped the activation data.  great.  Now, how do I get the VLK product key into the system to re activate Office?

The install process for Office has changed from a simple process to a "run screaming from the room" experience.  It appears to be designed by a committee of psychopathic sadists high on acid.

Hi,

What volume licensing are you using? MAK or KMS?

You mentioend for the 2nd and 3rd install, they are using the 1st licence, do you mean you used one product key on the three installs?
