I have a weird problem with two  of my users I phone 6 IOS 8.0 that started showing 3 days ago . 

Basically , his exchange account emails , all folders as well , are visible in both OWA and OUTLOOK , but , disappeared from his exchange account on iPhone 6. 

I tried removing then re-adding the account , didn't work . 

I added my mailbox on his phone , worked perfectly and even i have added his mailbox on my iphone and other android devices its working perfectly, not a single email nor folder are visible , it's like the mail is empty . 

Any idea how to resolve this ? it's frustrating . 

I tried the below Troubleshooting Steps,

Step 1:

1. Delete the iPhone account.
   1. Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Exchange account -> Delete Account
2. Reset Network Settings
   1. Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings
   2. The phone will reboot.
3. After the phone reboots
   1. Don't add any WiFi networks, until after you set up your exchange account again
   2. Set up your Exchange account again
      1. Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Add Account

Step 2:

Removed all Multiple Devices connected to Exchange 2010.

Step  3;

Finally Reseted to Factory default still no issue has been solved.

Please help me out!!! Is anything i have to do with Exchange server.
