I will be absolutely stoked if anyone is able to help me solve this problem. This particular outlook account in on an exchange server, and the user also has a blackberry; not sure if that would cause a problem like this. He said a day after he files an email into a folder it reappears in his inbox. It's not just a copy of the email, it actually leaves the folder he filed it in. Again, any knowledge on this would be greatly appreciated. And if this is in the wrong section of the forum, please let me know where I should direct my question. Thanks, Matt
