Running Exchange 2007 SP2 and Outlook 2007 SP2. A user was on cached mode withh his Outlook, and on Monday noticed that he had loads of emails in his Outlook under Sync Issues > Server Failure folder. I recreated the Outlook profile and since then no more emails have gone in there. Has this fixed it? Is it normally a problem with cached mode that caused the mails to go in there in the first place? Or is there another way to find out?
