Emails in Outlook print GIF logo at bottom of page, disconnected from rest of signature

I have been working on creating a signature on Outlook for my company with our logo. We have finally settled on a GIF logo along with actual text for our contact information. I found a way to finally align everything perfectly so that it looks good, but now when we print the GIF logo separates out and prints at the bottom of the page, disrupting the body of the email and moving it away from the rest of the signature.

I have been getting my colleagues to copy my perfectly aligned signature and replacing my personal info with their own. It ends up with the logo not appearing in the window where you edit the signature, but it shows up on the email just fine.

Outlook not having the text wrap option when you are editing your signature has been a huge pain and may be part of the problem now.

Is there an easy fix to this??

Hi,

Does it show properly in print preview pane?

How did you "align everything perfectly so that it looks good"? Would you please share the steps here?

Would you please provide a screenshot regarding what the printout looks like to help us understand the issue? If your account is not verified to upload a screenshot here, you can share it to us via sending it to GBSD TN Office Information Collection ibsofc@microsoft.com. Please enter the thread URL as the subject of the email for easy follow-up.
