Emails get stuck under the Queue folder
I have Windows 2003 server edition with SP2, i've installed a built in SMTP service (virtual SMTP) from windows components, the thing is that when i use telnet to send emails, they go directly to the queue folder and after a few days, they go to the bad mail directory. No firewall is installed and my ISP is not blocking port 25. Please let me know what is needed to proceed next. Thank you.
