In both OWA (IE 10, IE 11, Chrome 40) and Outlook 2013 clients some emails sent from Office 2011 for Mac users are getting cut off - BUT if you view the message source (outlook 2013) you can see the rest of the email does exist.

Just for the first suggestion, I would request you to check the mail format for internet format and International format in the sender outlook 2011 client and recipient email client as well. I saw a similar issue where meeting body was cut off for some recipients.

From your description, I would like to verify if these problematic emails are displayed in Sent Items in Outlook 2011 for Mac. What's more, you can reset the cache associated with this problematic email account and check the result.
