Emails Missing - When Server or Database Outage for E2K7 Server
Hi Team Am experiencing the strange issue in Exchnage Server 2007. There was a outage on Exchnage Database on 2 days back...afterthen it was rectified and Database is back to normal with 1 Hour. Few of the users reported that, they didn't rececvived some particulat emails when the database was down. so i collected the all the information like sender email address (External) and recipient Email address, Subject of the email and Data and time to track them I checked and found that particulat email was delievered to the user mailbox in E2k7 Tracking logs, but it is not available in the users Outlook and OWA as well....No rules are enabled. Where it might be gone for the particular emails,(not all the emails)... is there any time limit , whether the Hub transport database can hold the emails with in the period of time This is one of the VIP user and he is not aceepeting that the emilas are delivered to the her mailbxo even though i shown the tracking logs as a screen shot. ramakrishnan
