I have a user trying to forward 29 emails in a single email to an external recipient. It doesn't appear that this email is leaving our system. If I look at message tracking, I see 2 entries - Receive and Submit. With a typical external email we will see Receive-Transfer-Send-Submit. Any idea what's happening? How can I best troubleshoot? We are new to Exchange 2007 and are trying to come up to speed as best we can. Thanks, Jerry

No NDR? Obviously the problems lies in what your user is doing. Have them zip the 29 emails and then send. Are you using any third-party software for virus/spam filtering that might be hanging on messages with 29 attachments?
